Your Privacy
Day of AI Australia is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone involved in the complaints process. We collect personal information only as needed to investigate and resolve complaints.
Information may be shared with others directly involved in resolving the matter, including the person the complaint concerns, but only to the extent necessary to ensure a fair and thorough process.
Where it is possible and appropriate, we will seek the complainant’s consent before sharing their identifying details. In cases where there is a risk of harm, retaliation, or where the complainant is a child or young person, their identity and personal information will remain confidential.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant legislation.
Our commitment
We commit to respond in a timely manner to all complaints we receive. We will do our best to provide an initial response to you within 5 working days and to resolve your complaint within 10 working days. For complaints about defamatory statements or content on Day of AI Australia’s social media pages, we will take reasonable “access prevention steps” as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days. In some cases where further investigation of your complaint is required, and a response cannot be provided within this timeframe, we will contact you to let you know our expected timeframe.
